
Todd A. Welch, D.M.D., is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Periodontology and is a member of several professional associations: The American Dental Association, The Tennessee Dental Association, the Seventh District Dental Society and the American Academy of Periodontolgy (Diplomate).

Dr. Welch grew up in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and he obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry. There, he was actively involved in research pertaining to the field of Periodontics. This led him to the field of Periodontics where he completed a 3-year residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and the Birmingham Veterans Affairs Medical Center. During his residency, Dr. Welch had extensive training in all facets of the field of periodontics; including all the latest surgical, regenerative, and periodontal plastic surgery techniques. In addition, Dr. Welch has been trained with the latest procedures and materials in the field of implant dentistry and is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
Dr. Welch's practice goals are simple. He treats his family of patients as just that, family and friends. His practice and treatment philosophies are centered around treating patients in a manner that is comfortable for them, with the emphasis on problem free long term results. Dr. Welch is constantly striving to give his patients the most up to date care that is possible.
After completing his residency, Dr. Welch joined Dr. Culley in West Tennessee. He and his wife live in Jackson, TN with their daughter Olivia.
